  • Sale of Goods Act
  • General Product Safety Regulations

• Security Issues:
  •  Theft
  • Card fraud
  • Aggressive behaviour
• Spotting and valuing antiques and collectables
• Shop Issues:
  • Administration
  • Volunteer recruitment
  • Staff motivation
  • Stock generation and preparation
• Training Manual for referral purposes
